This steel brush meets even the highest demands in professional sports. Thanks to micro-fine wires, the ski base is perfectly freed from excess wax, revealing the structure of the base. The application is very simple: just brush over the base once or twice with little pressure, and you'll get a perfect result.
The steel roto brush is the ideal complement to your wax brush set. You can also find other roto brushes and the corresponding handle here in the shop.

Practical tip from our ski workshop:
For base cleaning, we use the brass roto brush before the first waxing (available separately). After scraping off excess wax, we brush the base structure of the board or skis with the hard horsehair brush (available separately) and then polish the base with the soft nylon brush (available separately) once again. For a final finish and to achieve a perfect result, we then use this Micro Steel Brush.
Work with roto brushes with little pressure and speeds up to approximately 1,000 revolutions per minute!

This handle, including hand protection, fits all brushes in our program and most rotary brushes from other manufacturers due to its 10mm hexagonal receptacle. The pink fluor speed wax with a high fluor content is the high-end finish for competitions in wet conditions. This German high-fluor brand wax is ideal for competitions, whether for cross-country skiing, alpine skiing, or snowboarding. As a base for this ultra-fast speed wax, we recommend the high fluor wax HF1. The pink finishing wax is then also ironed in, scraped off, and brushed out just like all other hot waxes. For the final brushing, we recommend the ultra-fine micro steel brush.
